Service and repair
Regular maintenance is vital in order to preserve the performance and condition of your Bentley or Crewe-built Rolls-Royce. Our authorised network of Bentley dealers are best equipped to manage the on-going care of your vehicle. Our technicians undergo extensive training at our factory in Crewe, enabling them to offer an uncompromising standard of skill and attention to detail. They have access to the latest diagnostic equipment and technical support from the factory, and only fit original equipment specification genuine parts, so your vehicle is maintained to the standard by which it was built.
Our experienced service specialists always advise you on the correct maintenance schedule for your vehicle, to ensure you’ll always enjoy the optimum performance your vehicle can offer. We believe the maintenance of your vehicle goes beyond the technical aspects of the service itself. Please note, we recommend that a service is carried out by an authorised Bentley Dealer either annually or at every 10,000 miles/16,000 km, whichever is sooner.

All customers whose car is covered either by the Bentley New Car Warranty, or by a Bentley Extended or Pre-Owned Warranty will benefit from a comprehensive roadside assistance package including:

AdBlue
With the launch of the Bentley Bentayga Diesel, AdBlue® is now available for your vehicle. Although used in the commercial vehicle environment for some time; AdBlue® is relatively new to the private passenger vehicle market and even more recent to Bentley. AdBlue® is a non-toxic liquid that is colourless in appearance and is a solution of water and urea. To comply with Euro 6, recent diesel-powered cars use ‘selective catalytic reduction’ (SCR) technology to inject microscopic quantities of this liquid into the flow of exhaust gases. Express Servicing
At Bentley Newcastle, we understand that time can be of the essence which is why we now offer express servicing on Bentley’s up to 3 years old when booking in for a waiting service appointment. When booking your car for an 1st or 2nd year service, you now have the option to request two of our factory-trained technicians to complete the service. Our experts ensure that all critical engine filters and perishable items are replaced at the right times and, crucially, always with genuine Bentley parts. They will also organise regular fluid inspections and changes to help ensure the car is kept properly lubricated at all times, in all critical areas. Included in the express serving package is a VHC, CitNow video of the work we have carried out on your car and a wash and valet. Wheel Alignment
At Bentley Newcastle, we want you to be able to enjoy driving your Bentley whilst we continually look to offer you, our customers, a fantastic experience. As a valued customer we will automatically carry out a complimentary* steering and suspension geometry analysis carried out by our factory trained technicians in our workshop, using the very latest Bentley approved 4-wheel laser alignment equipment. Once the data has been analysed we will be able to determine whether your Bentley’s steering and suspension is set up as the factory intended, as this helps to reduce excessive tyre wear and can improve fuel consumption. With the ever declining condition of the roads in our region over recent years we have noticed a dramatic increase in premature tyre wear requiring expensive tyre replacement due to mis-aligned steering geometry. Something as simple as hitting a pothole or clipping a kerb can be enough to affect your vehicles geometry settings without the driver even noticing. If following the data analysis, we discover your alignment is out of specification, we will advise you of what we need to do to correct it. We currently offer the adjustment service for a discounted rate of only £350.00 including vat. *One check will automatically be offered free of charge every 12 months or 5000 miles. Bentley Collection and Delivery
At Bentley Newcastle, we offer a collection and delivery service anywhere in the North East. Your vehicle will be collected and returned to you by our Bentley Approved Drivers.
